Golositalia&Aliment 2017

The curtain has fallen on Golositalia&Aliment 2017 in Montichiari Fair center, confirmed as a benchmark meeting in the food&beverage sector in a large area between Lombardia and Veneto with 640 exhibitors and 70.000 visitors, during 4 days.

SOME FIGURES

Interesting figures that show a further growth compared to 2016 edition not only for dimensions but also for the quality of the offer 15% more than past year, divided into 6 pavillions (3 of them dedicated to business) which have brought an interesting feedback about visitors.

Pavillions was full of people also thanks by business operators: chef, bartenders and restaurant owners have been able to get to know the last news about professional equipment, new trends from any request by the public.

Also foreign exhibitors were very satisfied because they found in Golositalia&Aliment an advantageous market: saffron from Afghanistan, mustards from Netherlands, wines from France, Jamon from Spain, dried fruit from Latvia, vegan and organic dishes from Germany.

EVENTS

Interaction and knowledge during the four days to involve visitors with Workshop, seminars, tasting classes, show cooking.

 

Some events was for business operators to offer them the possibility to be updated with news in food sector.

ARENA FOR EVENTS was the main news and a great wager won in the 2017 edition, a place where cuisine melt with shows: starred chef and food expert enjoy visitors with showcooking, seminars connecting directly with a large number of visitors (both food lovers and business operators which would learn more about).

Top Pastry Chef Ernst Knam was the main presence on Sunday. He amazed the public with his chocolates bars and some pastry ispired by Pollock art’s both during the showcooking in ARENA and the private lesson only for 50 people.

Also the Gluten-Free Chef Marcello Ferrarini presented all his dishes based on Gluten Free recipes.

Also the Fbc Bartending made some showcooking and seminars about the importance of barman, history of happy hour and the use of ice in cocktails.

Trismoka partecipate again with its challange for best coffee and best cappuccino between Brescia and Bergamo, a big match in coffee world.

The only thing we can do is to waiting for the next edition scheduled from 24th to 27 February 2018.
