Tuesday, March 1st ended the fifth edition of Golositalia & Aliment, which from February 27th to March 1st gathered at the Garda Exhibition Centre in Montichiari (BS) the top enogastronomy made in Italy and all the latest innovations in terms of professional equipment.
A triumph with 70 thousand visitors in just four days, a goal achieved, which allowed Golositalia & Aliment to be the stage of excellence for wine and food made in Italy. A happy partnership, one with Aliment, which has allowed us to reach new target groups, professionals, who have found at the show the latest in the field of equipment for the catering.
The great success - evidenced by crowding of the last few days of the four pavilions involved - has further consecrated the new formula which brought together consumers, interested in the rich display of local products, tastings, courses and seminars and professionals works, which were able to appreciate the many stands of the art equipment and professional updating workshops and training.
The culinary curiosity and the excellence of Italian territory have met for the first time the international culinary traditions and have coexisted with the best technologies of the food world, a complete animated path from 600 exhibitors.
An area divided into seven thematic areas and 5 pavilions has also turned to international cuisine, at the fair with a percentage of foreign companies accounting for 15% from France, Austria, Spain, Afghanistan and Hungary to name a few.
Participatory and also followed the events that have taken in Golositalia & Aliment their privileged frame. There were famous guests, directly from Masterchef, like Master Iginio Massari and competitors Federica Fiocchetti, Maria Acquilani and Alfredo Iannacone .
Success Success also for competitions.
Great enthusiasm for Trismoka #challenge 2016, with the triumph of Daniele Ricci, eighteen year old student of the Institute of Brescia Andrea Mantegna, who like last year managed to surpass the other competitors and win the contest earning the access to the Italian Barista Championship.
Sunday was instead held the final of the second edition of the competition "Il più goloso" with Master Massari Jury President. Winner in the professionals category Matteo Manzotti, from Treviglio (BG), which had already excelled among amateurs last year and who has since joined the family bakery. Among non-professionals has however excelled Daniele Carlini, forties surveyor of Chioggia .
