Golositalia 2014 is finished after an edition full of success, as a sign of the event as well as being increasingly linked to the territory of Brescia has been able to attract a different audience from all over Italy . The sums final report more than 45,000 visitors ( 45619 to be exact !) that this year have chosen not to miss such an event that is increasingly synonymous with food and wine excellence.
" We grow from edition to edition, with numbers that are incredible if you think that "Golositalia" is only three years old and we are working in times definitely not easy . This time we set a goal and we won our bet, despite all the difficulties we faced in order to complete the event. I think that, by now , Golositalia is a brand of excellence and reliability in the context of the national exhibition system linked to wine" said Mauro Grandi, director of Golositalia, particularly pleased with the outcome of the event.
The best of the wine industry
Eighty wineries from all over Italy and several European countries to discover the excellence of tasty and fragrant wine world: all this has been possible thanks to wide area dedicated to the pleasures of "Bacchus", which allowed the visitor to know and deal with the producers of Barbera, Moscato, Lugana, Cabernet, Vermentino, Pinot, Rielising, Wine Chianti, Brunello, Amarone, Morellino, Primitive, Cannonau and many others.
The craft beer
Even the beer is taking an increasingly important role in consumer choices, looking for quality products also with regard to this cool drink made from hops. More and more, in fact, are lovers of craft beer, and it is to satisfy them that Golositalia has set up a special area with the presence of 25 breweries that have been able to satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Blondes, double malt, the most important brands such as Weizen, Trappist, Märzen and Krieken: extends an offer that provided a good opportunity for restaurateurs and hoteliers to learn about new products and improve their offer.
Food, catering and quality products
Crucial sector of the event was, once again , the food area which, with its two hundred exhibitors, becomes a unique opportunity to buy hard to find products, both for the common visitor to the industry.
